Apartment Rentals 

One room, dorm-style apartments are available for men to rent.  There are 36 units on our second floor, which are accessible by elevator, as well as stairs. The building is accessible by 24-hour card key access for renters.

 

Monthly rent is a nominal $310 per month and includes electric, water, Wi-Fi, and cable. No lease is required.  

 

Rooms are furnished with a bed, dresser, desk, two chairs, refrigerator, microwave, a closet, bedding and towels.

 

Apartments have a shared lounge area with a large screen TV, bathroom and showers, and laundry.
