The Robert Young Center operates an Integrated Health Home in MCSA’s lower level.
Affiliated with UnityPoint Health–Trinity Muscatine, the Robert Young Center provides a full range of behavioral health services for adults and children.
Its offices at MCSA offers help to adults with mental illness, utilizing Iowa Medicaid to financially assist them in meeting all of their health and social needs.

Downtown Wellness Clinic
The Downtown Wellness Clinic is located in the lower level at MCSA, and is staffed by a Registered Nurse and Social Worker from UnityPoint Health Trinity Muscatine. The Clinic is free of charge, and is open Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM. Walk-ins are welcome.
The Clinic offers wellness exams (blood pressure, temperature, weight, etc.), birth control and sexually transmitted disease information, pregnancy tests, medication education, diabetes education and A1C tests, health checks and immunizations for children on Medicaid, help with getting a doctor, and help with getting insurance.

Mental Health Peer Drop-In Center
Now Open Virtually
The Mental Health Peer Drop-In Center is a collaboration project located at MCSA, staffed by employees from Robert Young Center, and funded by the Eastern Iowa Mental Health and Disability Services Region.
No appointment needed, all services are free. Trained professionals are available for care coordination, group discussions, and individualized case management and counseling.
Currently, due to COVID-19 the Drop-In Center is offering virtual services only Monday-Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM. Please call 563-200-2742 for more information.

The center is designed to provide a safe, nurturing, accepting and relaxed environment to the community, offering a variety of recreational activities.
A safe gathering place for all ages. A place for social workers, caregivers or parents to bring children. A place for Seniors to meet and play a card game or socialize.
The Jubilee Community Center is located on the lower level at MCSA and is open to the public.
