Target Participants: Primarily focusing on adults from low-income families with elementary-aged children benefiting from weekend "backpack" food subsidies. 

Duration and Approach: The program spans six weeks, offering an intensive "earn while you learn" upskill training. This unique blend ensures participants not only enhance their skills but also gain valuable practical experience.
